BCS1 and BCS2 Conveyor Belt Scale

Our under-structures are custom built to fit your existing conveyor system and ensure many years of rugged performance. We utilize a fully electronic single or dual idler weighing assembly. Only the highest accuracy load cells are used to allow for the most precise and repeatable weighing. BCS speed sensors are customized to fit your existing head or tail pulley or a contact point on the return belt which gives you a true representation of belt speed in feet per minute or meters per minute. Coupled with the full-functioned Legend III integrator, the user can incorporate the scale into most any data collection or control system without the need to add expensive upgrades.
